Unpasteurized sake made with the rare rice "Kame no O" from Ogata Village, Akita Prefecture.

The rich melon-like aroma is complemented by a hint of nutty flavor, and the complex aroma and moderate acidity are a perfect match! The exquisite astringency in the aftertaste adds a nice accent.

Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo sake that has been luxuriously polished to 50%, considering the essence that "W" aims for, all of the products in the lineup are labeled as Junmai sake.
