This fine sake, produced using pure natural water pumped up from a depth of 100 meters underground, carefully selected, high-quality sake rice, and the refined skills of Tosa master brewers, has won various awards, including a gold medal, at the National New Sake Evaluation.
In pursuit of the natural flavor, this sake is brewed without additives using carefully selected and polished rice, koji, yeast, and pure natural water.
