Kamoizumi Sake Brewery
The name of the sake was chosen as "Kamo-izumi" because it is brewed using "Kamo," a place name derived from the capital of Kyoto, and "Myoga-shimizu," a famous spring water from the Saigoku Kaido road found in the forest owned by our brewery.
