Kamoizumi Sake Brewery
Kamoizumi Sake Brewery started "brewing sake the way it was made in Japan" in 1965, when the concept of junmai sake did not exist, and has been working to popularize junmai sake ever since. They continue to pour their passion into sake brewed only with rice and rice koji, and have received strong support from many people who are fascinated by the taste of traditional sake. Currently, he is actively working to promote the "Saijo Sake Brand," which was adopted by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's "JAPAN Brand Development Support Project," and is working with other breweries in Higashihiroshima to take the lead in activities to promote the appeal of local sake.
