Watanabe Sake Brewery
A sake made with the utmost care and attention to ingredients and brewing techniques. Watanabe Sake Brewery confidently recommends this product. The main ingredients used are underground water pumped up from wells in the Hida Mountains and the flavorful sake rice "Hida Homare." We produce 550,000 one-liter bottles of sake between October and April of the following year, but we cannot produce any more than this, so all of our sake is limited edition. Our sake brewing still relies heavily on manual labor, using old wooden tools and valuing the aroma and texture that can be felt firsthand. We pour our soul into each and every bottle, aiming to create delicious sake that will make everyone say, "I'm glad I found Horai!"
