This product is pressed , but it has not been filtered, so it has a slight amount of sediment mixed in, and the polyphenols give it a beautiful pink (purple) color.

LAGOON BREWERY

"LAGOON BREWERY" is a sake brewery in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. It is a small brewery located near Fukushimagata, a migratory bird stopover site that has been selected as one of Japan's 100 Natural Wonders. At a time when new sake brewing licenses are not being issued, the brewery obtained a conditional license. Based on sake brewing techniques, the brewery has been attracting a lot of attention as a maker of "craft sake," which has become a hot topic in recent years.
