●A winter luxury from Niigata, the gorgeous Le Lectier pear, characterized by its melting flesh and rich sweetness, is brewed with rice.
●This season, we are making it more luxurious than last year, using Niigata's high-quality sake rice "Echitanrei" (polished to 39%). We also use some "Gohyakumangoku" (polished to 70%) as the fourth stage, but this is a special offer that is only available a few times a year, ignoring the cost price.
●It was bottled to avoid thick cloudiness, resulting in a smooth finish that you wouldn't expect from a dobrok.
The aroma of Le Lectier rises, accompanied by the aroma of ginjo sake, and the noble and rich sweetness of Le Lectier spreads in the mouth, leaving a light aftertaste before disappearing. The taste is so dramatic that I think it might be best to process all Le Lectiers in this way.
◎ Le Lectier is produced by Yamayo Orchard, an eco-farmer that has been cultivating fruit for a long time in the Shirane area of Niigata.
"LAGOON BREWERY" is a sake brewery in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. It is a small brewery located near Fukushimagata, a migratory bird stopover site that has been selected as one of Japan's 100 Natural Wonders. At a time when new sake brewing licenses are not being issued, the brewery obtained a conditional license. Based on sake brewing techniques, the brewery has been attracting a lot of attention as a maker of "craft sake," which has become a hot topic in recent years.
