At Yonezuru Sake Brewery, we decided from the beginning that the final seasoning for ginjo brewing would be on New Year's Day.
Therefore, it is brewed every year on New Year's Day, making it a celebratory ginjo sake to mark the year.
The master brewer, Sugai Tomo, is the man behind the planning of brewing the final batch of Ginjo No. 34 on New Year's Day.
This cannot be changed at the whim of Yonezuru's sales department or the president.

On the other hand, it could be changed at the whim of the master brewer, Satoshi Sugai. However, there is a reason why it cannot be changed.
This is because the master brewer who has all the decision-making power regarding brewing is Satoshi Sugai.

Satoshi = [3, 10, 4] = No. 34

This is a special limited edition ginjo sake from Yonezuru Sake Brewery, brewed on New Year's Day with such great passion that the master brewer at Yonezuru Sake Brewery, Sugai Satoshi, even gave it his own name.

This brand was named with the hope that it would be a drink that conveys gratitude. The character for "rice" is likened to the number 88, and it is also an auspicious name that represents 88 cranes.
