Drinking it on the rocks with ice is just the right amount.
This is a pure rice sake recommended for summer!

Sake is a healthy drink if you learn how to drink it correctly.

However, many people feel that sake with a high alcohol content is too heavy to drink neat during the hot summer.

What we recommend is drinking it "on the rocks" with ice floating in it.

This is a drinking method that is considered "heretical" by sake fans, but it has long been a popular way for sake brewers to enjoy sake in a refreshing way, even in the summer.

However, the delicate flavors are lost when using ordinary sake.

Yonezuru has focused on a "yeast that produces a richer flavor" that was newly developed at the Yamagata Prefectural Industrial Technology Center.

By paying careful attention to balance, we have achieved a rich flavor despite the low alcohol content.

The alcohol content of "Junmai Hotaru Label" is 14%, but it is a drink that can be perceived as "a little heavy" if drunk as is.
Enjoy this new style of pure rice sake that really shines when drunk on the rocks.
