This Junmai sake is made in Chiba using Gohyakumangoku rice grown under contract in Shisui-machi and Yachimata-shi, groundwater as the brewing water, and only rice and rice malt. It is a delicious Junmai sake with a mellow mouthfeel that makes the most of the natural umami components of the rice, and a full-bodied, strong flavor.
