Traditional Japanese sake "Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" Since ancient times, the opening of a barrel of sake has been an essential part of celebrations and events. Choryu's "Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" is a barrel sake that captures the deliciousness of sake in a cedar barrel and seals it in a bottle. The founder, with great passion, overcame many difficulties and created a unique manufacturing method, and in 1964, Japan's first "bottled barrel sake" was born. Even now, about half a century later, "Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" has the best balance of taste and aroma.
