蔵元紹介SAKE BREWER
Kirei Sake Brewery
Like the saying "cranes live for a thousand years, turtles live for ten thousand years," the name "Kamei" was chosen with the intention of longevity and eternal prosperity. It was originally named by the head of the family, Ishii Kotaro, in the early Meiji period, after a sake that had long been loved by drinkers as "Yoshidaya Sake." The name of Yoshidaya Sake was changed to "Kamei," the flavor was refined, and its deliciousness has been passed down from person to person, continuing to attract many drinkers.
