Watanabe Sake Brewery
This long-established sake brewery was founded at the beginning of the Meiji era. With its local sake "Horai," an essential part of the lives of the people of Hida, and a historic building designated as a national tangible cultural property, it is a driving force in sake brewing in the sake-producing region of Hida. It is known nationwide for its unique names, labels, and packaging, and is loved by many people.
